In advance of your visit we offer help in putting together a detailed itinerary to make the most of your visit, for example trips to famous and fascinating ancient sites or time on the islands. We?ve lived in Greece since 1996 and we know most of the country very well, having travelled extensively with family and friends.

On your arrival, we?ll meet you at Athens International Airport for the half hour drive to Villa Verde. At the end of your stay we?ll take you to Rafina port from where a bus goes directly to the departure terminal.

It?s easy to get around the local area by bicycle and we can make advance bookings for bicycle hire on your behalf. If you prefer a leisurely start to the day, we can serve you with a continental breakfast (at extra cost).

Out of the peak season when the weather is pretty much guaranteed, we supply local weather forecasts to help our guests plan their time. So that you don't waste journeys, we make phone calls to confirm opening times of archaeological sites and museums and to make sure that they are unaffected by strikes.

If there are marches or demonstrations in Athens, we can explain how you can still enjoy most of the city and its attractions without getting close to those problems. Please don't be put off visiting athens by things you see on television news or read in the newspapers.

Serious problems only occur rarely and they are confined to very small areas, away from most places that are of interest to visitors. Nea Makri is around a quarter of the way along the Athens Classic Marathon route.

Paul offer excellent bathing and the colorful shops, restaurants, cafes and bars ensure a pleasant stay. The location of Lindos in the centre of the island facilitates access to many sights for daily excursions.
