The lot size is just over an acre. Cabin Dcor: Dcor is Western and Rustic with wild animal themes throughout each room and area.

The kitchen is fully furnished with modern appliances. Bedrooms: There are 4 bedrooms ? 2 on the main floor level and 2 on the basement level.

Each bedroom is furnished with a hand crafted, log-framed, Queen Bed. In addition, each bedroom has ample closet space with hanger rods and shelving along with 2 night stands and lamps.

The 2 bedrooms on the main floor also have large dressers to accommodate additional clothing storage. Bathrooms: There are 2 full bathrooms ? 1 on the main floor level and 1 on the basement level.

Each bathroom has sink, a toilet, and a tub and shower combination. Kitchen and Dining Area: The kitchen is fully equipped with all the necessary appliances including: microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, and gas fired stove/oven.

The Dining room table will seat up to 6 with additional seating at the Kitchen Island and Bar. There is a sliding door off the Dining area to access a covered deck for outdoor Barbeques.

Decks: The Cabin is loaded with outdoor deck space, great for accommodating outdoor activities (Barbeques, etc) involving large groups of people. There is a huge wrap-around deck on the main level.

The deck is partially covered with a porch on two sides. There is also an elevated deck which is accessed through the loft.

This upper deck provides a ?one-of-a-kind? view of a Big Sky Country Sunset. On the lower basement level, there is a concrete patio for additional outdoor activities.

Laundry Room: There is a washer and dryer on the basement level of the Cabin. Outdoor Amenities: The Cabin is furnished with a propane fired barbeque along with all utensils and outdoor patio seating.

Lake Access and Boat Launch: There is a Public boat launch and docking area about mile from the Cabin. There is also a common area of generous water front that can be used by Cabin guests.

This water front area is located within a 5-minute walk from the Cabin. Services Available: Standard services covered by the rental rate will include weekly cleaning.

Additional services (catering, retrieving groceries, additional cleaning, and the like) can be arranged with adequate prior notice. TV, Phone, and Internet Services: The Cabin is equipped with 2 Direct TV receivers ? 1 in the main seating area on the basement level and 1 available for a room of choice.

There is decent cell phone service on the main and upper levels of the Cabin. There is no direct Internet Service, however, the cell phone service is strong enough to provide a 3-G Hotspot for using a Smart Phone connection to access the internet.

Smoking: There is no smoking inside the Cabin. Pets: Outdoor pets only please.

Also there are covenants that require dogs be on a leash and are not allowed to run free. Activities: There is so much to do in the Georgetown Lake area: Boating, swimming, water skiing, fishing, mountain biking, hiking, horseback riding, snow skiing, hunting, snowmobiling, jet skiing, site seeing, hiking to and exploring mountain lakes, visiting historical sites (ghost towns, old mining towns, and the like), etc.

If you are an avid golfer, you can try your skills at the Old Works Golf Course in Anaconda. This is a Jack Nicklaus signature course that will put you to the test.

If you like antiquing, or if you like live Opera, you will have to visit the town of Philipsburg in the summer. Cabin Allowances: You will find the Cabin with a fully equipped Kitchen, high quality bed linens, a washer and dryer with laundry detergent and cleaning supplies, and fully equipped bathrooms with soaps, shampoos, paper goods, and quality bath linens.
