We found Casa Secreto on a holiday to the Mayan Riviera in Mexico and fell in love with it. We are a short drive from Playa del Carmen and Puerto Morelos (less)

The hill is a housing development. The houses and streets have a typical Andalusia style.

This area is inhabited by Spaniards from the region. It is a quiet well-kept place, with beautiful subtropical plants and trees.

The rental house is situated to the south and has total three floors. On the first floor (Entry) there is a big kitchen, a living room with fireplace and a dining area with exit to the terrace with sea view.

The upper floor has two bedrooms master room with balcony (panoramic view to the sea) a bedroom and one bathroom with two sinks and toilette. In the basement there is a big sleeping room with terrace, Bathroom with shower, toilette and two sinks, a washing machine and drier.

The kitchen is equipped with a glass ceramics stove and an electric oven, with a fridge with freezer compartment. Cooking and eating utensils are available.

However there is no microwave and dishwasher available. The living room is equipped with a television (Satellite TV).

All three bedrooms are furnished with two single beds. Domestic utilities: Irons with ironing board, hairdryer, two beach chairs, Two tennis rackets, entertainment plays and music stereo is available.

South in Spain there is normally no heating system in the houses. In special cases there are electric stove used.

However the house has double walls and energy efficient windows. The hot water is generated by a solar cell.

A 300 liters water boiler is installed on the roof. If the water temperature sinks under 45 , automatically the water will be heated up.
