Second floor: The second floor has 3 large bedrooms- one with two twins beds and two bedrooms with queen beds. The queen bedrooms each also have single sleeper chairs.

The bedrooms connect to a beautiful open landing with views to town. The bath on the second floor has a door that separates the sink area from the tub and lav.

The house has a full basement that serves as a wonderful playroom for children. Ample parking for 3 cars.

My condo is a few steps to our village private beach. Our galley kitchen has blue counter tops,& all that is needed in a happy cooks kitchen.

A new gas range was just installed. Dishwasher & full size refrigerator makes life happy.

Creature comforts such as color TV, satelite dish, VCR, CD and stereo are provided, and guests are encouraged to bring along their favorite videotapes and CD's. The house is equipped for baby or small child, with crib, bed rail and high chair.

The kitchen is completely equipped for the cook and includes, of course, a microwave oven and dishwasher. The dining room comfortably seats eight, or you may wish to dine al fresco on the fully appointed deck which includes chaise lounges, a gas grill and table and chairs.

A half bath rounds out the upper level. The lower level consists of three bedrooms and a 4th den with double sofabed.

The master bedroom has a queen sized bed. Two bedrooms each have a queen bed and a twin chair-bed.

The den has a comfortable double sleeper sofa. Mattresses are new and firm and linens are of the highest quality.
