It is fun to sit on the deck overlooking the lagoon and watch the golfers go by or the turtles and birds prevalent in the lagoon. Restaurants offer fresh seafood and if cooking is in order, fresh shrimp can be purchased just a few miles away from several local shrimpers.

The Low country is home to historic Beaufort, SC, just 18 miles away. It is a charming town similar to Charleston just smaller.

Charleston is 1.5 hours away, as is Savannah.

There are 6 lighted tennis courts and outdoor grilling facilities and the Hiltol Head bike path is right outside the resort entrance! Our unit has been newly refurbished with all new appliances including a washer dryer unit. We have a beautiful view of the fountain and million dollar homes but there still is privacy.

The ivory sandy beach is 12 miles long and is great for walking, bike riding or just relaxing. The unit is in a secured building on the second floor with balconies in the front and back of the building.

Our FIRST FLOOR one bedroom, one bath villa is only steps (15 seconds) to the oceanside pools, adult pool and children's pool, and our beautiful beach. (Our oceanside pool is heated in the off season months).
