Many birds including toucans, three types of monkeys, sloths, iguanas and the majestic Blue Morpho butterfly call this area home. One of our favorite times of the day is at dusk when the sounds of the day critters transition to the sounds of the night.

The 3100 sq ft three story casa is an open-floor plan architectural wonder that includes three master bedroom suites, each with an extremely comfortable king-size memory foam bed, remote controlled air-conditioning with a private adjoining bathroom. Beautiful tile flooring on the main two floors and terraces with an interior non-skid staircase that brings you up to the second and third floors lends a contemporary feel to the casa that sleeps 8-10.

On the first floor you will find an over-sized fully equipped gourmet kitchen with a large pantry. An astonishing breakfast bar and a nearby dining table area compliment the kitchen.

There is a half bath just off the kitchen. The living area invites you to sit and relax on the leather furniture and enjoy the view out the huge sliding glass doors to the pool area and covered terrace.

One master suite is off the main living area with its own private patio area. The entire first floor, including the covered terrace is wheelchair accessible.

The covered terrace has a 15’ overhang which beckons you outside to enjoy the outdoor bar area that includes a Weber gas barbeque and a ceiling fan for a little added breeze. Perfect for those afternoon margaritas.

Past the pool is one of four sun decks, this one sporting a compass rose to give you your bearings. The second floor consists of two more ocean viewing master suites/baths, a center bonus room and two terraces.
